Site Prep
After permits are obtained and utilities have been identified, the excavation area is then prepared by outlining the pool dimensions according to the design. Once the elevation is set and the layout is marked, excavation can begin.

Excavation & Installation
Once excavation begins, we are extremely careful to ensure that the dig site is completely even and level. This ensures the tight fit necessary to avoid any potential issues like tilting that can lead to bigger problems down the road.

Adding Water & Backfill
Once the pool is set to level, sand or gravel is placed around the bottom radius to “lock it in.” The pool is then filled with an equal amount of water, and the process is repeated to ensure equal pressure on the inside and outside of the pool wall.

Plumbing & Electrical
The pool pump, filter, heater, electrical equipment, and any water features agreed upon during the design phase will now be added using the plumbing and electrical lines installed during previous phases of the process.

Concrete & Finishing
At this stage, forms are set, concrete is poured and bonding is applied. While the bonding and concrete sets and cures, the construction team will clear the site of any debris and ensure all equipment is operating properly.
